Indian Head Massage
Dating back over 4000 years, this can be either a seated or couch treatment using base oils of Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Sesame Seed Oil and Mustard Seed Oil with the addition of essential oils. This is a very relaxing treatment which is great in relieving insomnia, stress, headaches and tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back. It can also be beneficial in treating dry skin and hair as the base oils are very moisturising and combined with massage helps stimulate blood circulation and healthy hair growth.
